What data do we process? The personal data we process comes from the information you provide through the contact form on the microsite or when downloading available content (brochures, whitepapers, studies, etc.). We only collect the data necessary for each purpose. If you choose not to provide the required information, we may be unable to process your contact request or allow you to download certain content. 3. For what purpose and under what legal basis do we process your personal data? Personal data will be processed for the following purposes and based on the following legal grounds: To manage your requests submitted through the microsite’s contact form and address any inquiries or questions you raise. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by you and, where applicable, NTT DATA Spain’s legitimate interest in responding to your communication. To send commercial communications related to services and/or activities developed by NTT DATA Spain aligned with your profile based on the information provided (e.g., company and job title). Legal basis: your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time. You may also object to receiving further communications by following the instructions shown in the footer of every message. 4. How long will we keep your data? Your personal data will be retained for the necessary period depending on the purpose for which it was collected: For managing requests submitted via the contact form: for the time needed to respond and manage your request. For content downloads and interest tracking: while the interest remains relevant and, in any case, until you object. For sending commercial communications: until you withdraw your consent or object to the processing. Personal data may remain properly blocked for legally established limitation periods. 5. Who will receive your data? Your personal data may be shared with: Companies within the NTT DATA Group, when necessary for internal management or support purposes.
