The transformation reduced Recovery Point Objective by 98%, from approximately 24 hours to 15 minutes, and Recovery Time Objective by 80%, from approximately 24 hours to 4 hours. SAP S/4HANA was migrated across development, QA and production in 3.5 months. Testing across more than eight operational sites also confirmed a more consistent experience, lower round-trip time and improved behaviour during peak loads.
